Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students within a school setting in Winston-Salem, NC. This contract position spans the current school year and focuses on providing psychological services that promote student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and intervention services to support student learning and behavioral needs
- Assist with crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educational teams
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines
