- Schedule:
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Open to splitting the schedule between 2 (potentially 3) physicians
- Not open to reduced daily hours
- Inpatient or Outpatient: Clinic
- Patient Volume: 6 PPD
Requirements
- Certifications required: Strong preference for BC (FM, IM, Derm), open to specialty
- Active state license preferred
