JOB TITLE: Maintenance Crew Lead
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position reports to Production Manager and Account Managers
- Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group in all activities
- Understand and follow the Companys safety and operational policies
- Perform and supervise landscape management, to include, but not limited to:
- Mowing operations
- Bed care
- Pruning
- General grounds care
- Train subordinate staff
- Participate in snow removal operations
- Other activities, as assigned by Management, to meet the company's goals
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have a valid drivers license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape groups insurance carrier as a condition of employment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of part of a team, and independently
- Must be able to accept direction and execute directives, as given
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional time and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Bilingual a plus but not required
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- No minimum education requirements, HS diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly Pay: $23.16+ Depending on experience
