Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Pop-up Barista. The Pop-up Barista will prepare and serve high-quality matcha beverages while engaging with customers to provide exceptional service during events and pop-up experiences. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down pop-up events, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workspace, assisting with customer education about our matcha, and maintaining product presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation to craft and serve matcha-based beverages
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a passion for connecting with customers in welcoming settings
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to create an engaging and positive customer experience
- Detail-oriented mindset with an appreciation for artistry and craftsmanship in beverage preparation
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments
- Experience in hosting or working at events is a plus
- Interest in wellness, tea culture, or hospitality industries is highly beneficial
