Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the APTA.
• Licensing: An active Physical Therapy license in Illinois is mandatory to commence the assignment.
• Certifications: BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be necessary.
• Experience: Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting.
• Skills: Familiarity with restorative nursing programs, fall prevention strategies, and mobility training is advantageous.
