One Physical Therapy & Performance is seeking a motivated and dependable Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our fast-paced outpatient clinic in Sacramento.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PTA who wants to work in a high-energy, patient-focused environment with consistent volume and hands-on care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments
• Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and rehabilitation
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
