We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and helping clients find insurance products that best suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, health, commercial)

  • Present and explain policy options and benefits in a clear and engaging way

  • Follow up on leads and referrals from various sources

  • Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks

  • Stay up to date on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)

  • Active state insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office software
