Position Overview

• Role: Medical Laboratory Professional (MT / MLT / CLS)
• Schedule: PRN | 12-hour Day Shifts (1st shift, varies)
• Pay: Based on experience
• Department: Laboratory
• No travel | No supervisory responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Perform high-complexity lab testing across multiple areas:
  • Hematology & Coagulation
  • Chemistry
  • Urinalysis
  • Microbiology
  • Blood Bank & more
• Ensure accurate specimen handling, processing, and reporting
• Maintain quality control, calibration, and equipment performance
• Identify and troubleshoot testing issues
• Report critical values promptly and accurately
• Assist with phlebotomy when needed
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

What Were Looking For

• Certification or eligibility as one of the following:
  • MLT (ASCP/AMT)
  • MT (ASCP/AMT/HEW)
  • CLS (NCA/ASMT) or equivalent
• Appropriate education and lab training per federal guidelines
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Eligible for MLT certification within 12 months (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Requirements

• Must meet vaccination requirements (with approved exemptions if applicable)
• Background check and drug screening required
