question the status quo. Not a total disruptor but a voice of reason. Her team
is like a governing body in payments. Need self starters.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of project initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Identify risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate impacts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate project meetings to achieve objectives and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and practices.
  • Manage project documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments to measure successes and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and lead project team members, fostering professional development.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and report findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methods.
  • Prior experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred.
