From the elevated perch of the mezzanine, this role gives you a bird’s-eye view of production, and the opportunity to run the seasoning show. If you're someone who likes a hands-on challenge, enjoys working with flavor, and wants to take your impact to new heights, we want you on that platform.

What You'll Do:

As the Mezzanine Seasoner, you'll be the flavor gatekeeper, making sure every chip gets the perfect punch of seasoning before it’s bagged and shipped. Your job includes:

• Climbing stairs and operating seasoning equipment from the mezzanine

• Lifting and managing partial cases of salt and seasoning

• Prepping machines for production and making flavor adjustments as needed

• Monitoring quality, consistency, and food safety standards

• Supporting teammates by giving breaks and collaborating on schedule flow

• Communicating with Maintenance and Leadership about any equipment issues

• Keeping the area clean, organized, and always snack-ready

Who We're Looking For:

• A team player who communicates well and works independently when needed

• Someone physically comfortable with stairs, lifting seasoning, and fast-paced environments

• Detail-focused with a strong sense of quality and responsibility

• Previous seasoning or machine operator experience is a plus—but not required
