Responsibilities

You Will:

  • Work with inbound leads and referrals provided by the agency
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Help clients understand their options and build personalized coverage plans
  • Quote, present, and close new business across personal, business, and life insurance
  • Build relationships and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Stay organized and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Continuously improve your sales and communication skills


Requirements

Licensing Requirement

  • Must have CA Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License, or both
  • If not currently licensed, you must be actively working toward obtaining a license before your start date

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Base Pay (CA Minimum Wage) + Commission (75%100%)
