We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Diner team! You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the diner standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and TOAST
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
