Position is FULLY ONSITE Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.
Location: 9250 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33178.

Position Summary:
As the Compliance Administrator, you will report to the Director of Compliance and provide daily support by performing various administrative tasks related to compliance. In this role, you will perform, and coordinate activities related to internal audits across company or business unit functional areas to ensure compliance with enforceable standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with management to design and implement compliance control processes and procedures, conduct compliance risk assessments, and report on the compliance health of business units and/or legal entity governing bodies.
- Assist in corporate governance related to risk management.
- Evaluate existing company procedures to ensure compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform compliance-related administrative tasks, including data entry, filing legal paperwork, preparing compliance audit reports, and managing email correspondence.
- Meet periodically with management to provide updates on filings and other outstanding tasks.
- Suggest updates to internal procedures to enhance compliance effectiveness.
- Assist the Compliance Director in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Interact with operational teams, regulatory bodies, and other company personnel to foster relationships, address compliance issues, develop advocacy plans, and resolve problems.
- Support business units in the preparation and submission of documents required for compliance and related legal proceedings.
- Provide training and educational support within the compliance department and for insurers.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and respond to complaints filed with CMS timely and effectively to ensure compliance and improve member experience.
- Review, submit, and/or approve Marketing Materials aligning with regulatory standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely information is provided in response to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
- Analyze data and prepare reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively, work well in a team environment or independently, and demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative.
- Participate in additional projects as needed to meet the goals and objectives of internal business units.
- Actively promotes a culture of high compliance standards, emphasizing cooperation, communication, and attention to detail.
- Manage risk and compliance documentation.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Manage and provide training on compliance as needed.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or Criminal Justice is required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in compliance, or a related area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities, with a demonstrated ability to ensure thorough, accurate, and timely submission of all documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry practices, particularly within the healthcare sector.
