Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at SiteCraft Digital, you will be responsible for connecting with small business owners, introducing them to our services, and guiding them through the process of signing up for a free website demo. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them see the value of going digital.

This is a commission-based sales position with high earning potential for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to small business owners via phone, email, and social media (leads + prospecting).

  • Present and explain SiteCraft Digital’s services in a clear, friendly, and professional way.

  • Schedule and secure free demo sign-ups by collecting client info (business name, contact info, service needs).

  • Follow up with prospects to answer questions, handle objections, and close sales.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communications.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and sales scripts.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and people skills — comfortable speaking with business owners.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, websites, or small business services is a plus (training provided).

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools, email, and social media for outreach.
