Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compounding Pharmacist to join our client. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of compounded sterile medications while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in sterile compounding, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare compounded sterile drug products, adhering to aseptic techniques and contamination control standards.
- Ensure accurate preparation, labeling, and documentation of compounded medications in compliance with FDA and cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain a sterile and compliant work environment, including equipment maintenance and adherence to PPE protocols.
Collaborate with teams to improve compounding processes and train staff in compliance and aseptic techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Sterile Compounding (e.g., BCPS, CSP).
- Hands-on experience in aseptic techniques and sterile product preparation.
Required Qualifications:\nActive pharmacist license in Florida.\nDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing.\nStrong knowledge of cGMP standards and FDA regulations for 503B facilities.
