Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, and social functions.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines from inception to completion of each event.
- Manage all logistics related to events, including transportation, catering, audiovisual needs, and decorations.
- Market and promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to maximize participation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software and event registration platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
