Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Contract-to-Permanent position focuses on processing customized orders while delivering exceptional service to our clients. The role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Address incoming customer inquiries with attention to detail and provide accurate information to meet their needs.
• Process customized customer orders with a focus on precision and detail, handling approximately 20 orders daily.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all orders to ensure accuracy, adherence to customization requirements, and compliance with company standards.
• Implement quality checks throughout the order processing cycle to uphold high standards and minimize errors.
• Collaborate closely with a small, three-member Customer Service team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order processing activities for proper documentation.
• Proactively identify potential issues in order processing and work to resolve them effectively.
• Uphold organizational policies and service standards in every customer interaction.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and take advantage of skill development opportunities to enhance career growth.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in order processing or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform thorough reviews of customer orders.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
