Job Description
Albright College’s Department of Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics invites applications for a part-time faculty member to teach Inorganic Chemistry and its associated laboratory in Spring 2026. The course supports majors and minors in chemistry. The successful candidate will join a dynamic department committed to excellence in teaching.
Essential Job Duties
Successful candidates will:
<ul>
<li>Teach undergraduate Inorganic Chemistry lecture and laboratory.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver engaging and effective instruction.</li>
<li>Implement laboratory experiments and maintain a safe laboratory environment.</li>
<li>Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback. </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>MS in inorganic chemistry or a related field</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>PhD in inorganic chemistry or a related field</li>
<li>Experience with teaching undergraduate students</li>
</ul>
