Albright College’s Department of Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics invites applications for a part-time faculty member to teach Inorganic Chemistry and its associated laboratory in Spring 2026. The course supports majors and minors in chemistry. The successful candidate will join a dynamic department committed to excellence in teaching.
Essential Job Duties
Successful candidates will:
- Teach undergraduate Inorganic Chemistry lecture and laboratory.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective instruction.
- Implement laboratory experiments and maintain a safe laboratory environment.
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- MS in inorganic chemistry or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in inorganic chemistry or a related field
- Experience with teaching undergraduate students
