Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations.

Technical knowledge of water systems, including the design, operation, and maintenance of water supply, treatment, and distribution systems, as well as wastewater systems.

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental impact assessments and site evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Design and implement engineering solutions for waste management, air and water pollution control, and resource conservation.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and prepare necessary documentation and reports.

Collaborate with project managers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to integrate environmental considerations into business operations.

Monitor environmental performance metrics and develop continuous improvement plans to enhance sustainability efforts.
