This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Overnight Pharmacist with experience in long-term care settings. The role focuses on providing overnight coverage from 9 PM to 7 AM, operating on a 7-on/7-off schedule from Tuesday through Monday, offering a consistent and structured workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy staff during overnight shifts to ensure efficient operations
- Perform final verifications (PV2) of prescriptions to maintain patient safety and compliance
- Utilize framework experience to streamline pharmacy processes and enhance quality of care
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota pharmacist license is required
- Minimum of one year recent experience, preferably in long-term care pharmacy
- Familiarity with pharmacy frameworks and protocols to support overnight operational needs
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage staff during night shifts
