Preferred Certification: CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity management credential
Overview:
Engenium is seeking a highly experienced Program/Project Manager II to lead Navy maintenance system modernization efforts in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, Navy maintenance systems, and technical integration within ship and shore environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and manage cost, schedule, and performance of large-scale Navy maintenance programs.
- Oversee design, development, engineering, and cybersecurity integration for ship maintenance systems.
- Direct technical planning, milestone tracking, and budget control for multiple task areas.
- Interface with Government CORs/PMs, provide technical and financial reports, and support program reviews.
- Manage personnel, mitigate program risks, and ensure alignment with contract and customer goals.
- Oversee implementation and sustainment of CBM+ systems, Navy maintenance, and 3M Systems integration.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in program/project management.
- Demonstrated experience in Navy ship maintenance systems — including planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and integration of maintenance activity work processing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity management, system configuration, and data management processes.
- Proven record in technical and contract management supporting Navy maintenance or related defense programs.
- CISSP certification (or ability to obtain prior to program start).

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and final contract award parameters.
