Small family owned construction company is looking an administrative assistant to help with accounts payable and receivable along with sub-contracting dispatching. We are seeking an applicant with experience in accounting but it is not required as we will teach the best applicant.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch jobs to our sub-contractors
- Enter accounts payables
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
- Answer Multiple phone lines (high volume at certain time throughout year)
Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented and punctual
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask (A MUST)
