Position Summary:
- HRIS Management: Oversee and maintain the HRIS for the company, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Payroll Processing: Execute payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage the recruitment process for non-exempt positions, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Development Programs
- Focus Areas: Prioritize safety, quality, and productivity goals in all HR initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR roles or related functions.
- Strong familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role requiring some flexibility to accommodate employee needs across varied shifts.
