Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night schedules (7AM-7PM/7PM-7AM).
Responsibilities
- Bag and palletize products according to instructions and order types.
- Vacuum large quantities of product from storage holders into industrial bags.
- Sort bags and pallets of products.
- Stage and wrap pallets.
- Load and unload shipments.
- Perform quality inspections on bags, pallets, and containers.
- Operate a forklift.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of industrial experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing, general labor, and production work.
- Proficiency in palletizing, staging, and lifting.
- Forklift operation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general production and bagging.

Work Environment
Join a small, dynamic team in a warehouse/manufacturing setting. Be prepared for a very dusty, hot, and noisy environment. The dress code requires steel toe boots/shoes and work clothes. You will work rotating 12-hour Dupont shifts, covering both days and nights within the same month. While the facility is demanding, PPE is provided, except for steel toe footwear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.32 - $19.32/hr.
