Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is essential to ensuring technicians have the parts and materials they need, when and where they need them. If you take pride in a well-run workspace and enjoy working independently and on a team, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping the warehouse stocked and organized: You'll stay on top of inventory, make sure supplies are labeled and easy to find, reorder things before they run out, and keep the checklists current. A well-organized warehouse makes everyone's job easier — and that starts with you.
Handling deliveries and shipments: When stuff comes in, you're the one receiving it, unloading it with the forklift, and making sure everything ends up in the right place. You'll also get parts prepped and ready so technicians can grab what they need without the runaround.
Keeping the space clean and safe: This isn't just about appearances. A clean, organized warehouse is a safe one. You'll sweep, take out trash, and make sure tools and equipment are stored properly at the end of every day.
Getting out in the field when needed: Sometimes technicians need parts brought to them on-site, or supplies need to be picked up on short notice. You'll be the person who makes that happen.
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Reliable and punctual team player
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for field deliveries)
- Forklift certification a plus, will be required to obtain
A Few Things to Know This is a hands-on, physical role. You'll spend most of your time in the warehouse, with occasional trips out to job sites. No two days are exactly the same, which keeps things interesting.
Experience:
- Warehouse or logistic: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
