Phoenix Rising ABA is a clinician-owned and operated ABA agency seeking dependable, compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, home-based ABA services to children and families in Central New Jersey.

What we're looking for
- A dependable professional who can consistently commit to an assigned schedule
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and appropriate vehicle insurance
- Strong communication and professional boundaries
- Comfort working one-on-one with children in their homes and collaborating with caregivers
- Willingness to follow treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the supervising BCBA
- An active RBT certification for positions and insurance plans that require it; other candidates may be considered where permitted
