We are looking for another experienced barista to add to our 8-person team! Our ideal candidate is friendly, hard-working, and punctual. We're looking for someone available to work a closing shift on Thursdays, and pre-closer shifts on Fridays and Sundays, with open availability to help with shift coverage. We are a well-established stand in the heart of Lynnwood with great regular customers and an amazing team!
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines appropriately.
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Keeping the stand restocked and helping teammates ring out customers during peak hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proven working experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
