As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and their families.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will work collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in 1:1 settings with clients

Collecting and recording data on client behavior

Assisting in the development and implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive treatment
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain consistency with established treatment plans and protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and progress
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
• Assist with maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
