Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector/Packer to inspect, weigh, package, and sort medical molded plastic components. This role requires precision, strong manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect product visually for defects using magnification tools.
• Assemble small parts manually using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Complete production records and work order documentation as needed.
• Use computer systems to enter production data and track inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow procedures accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Previous inspection or packing experience is desirable.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Work is performed in a cleanroom environment.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on assigned tasks.
• May need to occasionally move or lift objects up to 25 lbs.
• Operate machinery and use computer/touchscreen for work order data entry.

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires less than 5% travel.
