White Birch Educational Services is a women and clinician-owned and operated agency in New Hampshire. We provide support to children through districts with school psychologists, mental health/social workers, board-certified behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related service providers.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join an Elementary School in one of our district partners. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly supportive and collaborative team environment, dedicated to making a positive impact.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician is needed.
• RBT certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and committed to students’ well-being.
