Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Cypress, TX. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative school environment and is passionate about helping students improve their communication and academic outcomes.
You will work directly with students across grade levels to evaluate speech and language needs, provide individualized therapy, and contribute to each students IEP team with professionalism and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and re-evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders

Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal requirements

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Texas SLP license (issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY under supervision

Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting
