Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is growing and hiring an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our fast-paced dealership accounting team.
This is automotive dealership accounting, not traditional corporate accounting. You’ll play a key role in keeping daily dealership financial operations accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.
If you have dealership experience—great. If not, but you’ve worked in high-volume accounting or office admin roles, we’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Process invoices, payments, and dealership transactions (AP/AR)
- Post cash receipts and reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and schedules
- Work with vendors, internal teams, and customers on account issues
- Support month-end close and reporting
- Ensure compliance with dealership and state requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred (not required)
- AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus)
- Strong communication and team mindset
