Job Description

This full-time RN Charge Nurse position at a clinic in Thermal, CA, requires an active California RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and BLS certification.

• Supervises nursing staff, manages clinic operations, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintains efficient patient flow, provides triage, patient education, and supports clinical functions.
• Communicates effectively with staff and leadership, oversees documentation, and ensures confidentiality.
• Participates in performance improvement and community health events.
• Works variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and may float to other clinics within the system.
