The Position
As the Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting accounting operations across multiple entities. You’ll be involved in month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, special projects, and helping maintain strong financial processes throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple companies
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities
- Handle bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Participate in accounting and operational improvement projects
- Work closely with leadership and internal team members
- Help strengthen processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
- Provide timely financial information for decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Background in real estate, property management, construction, or multi-entity accounting is a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational ability
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
