Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Pleasant Valley Nursing &amp; Rehab Center Derry, NH $42–$46/hour
Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. This role supports residents with communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders</li>
<li>Develop individualized therapy plans based on resident goals</li>
<li>Work closely with nursing, rehab staff, and families</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Complete timely documentation</li>
