- 26-bed Level III NICU (Avg. Daily Census: 22)
- 6-bed Level II NICU (Avg. Daily Census: 3)
- More Intimate NICU Setting
- Advanced Therapies:
- Body cooling
- Jet ventilation
- Oscillators
- Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
- Collaborative Team Environment
- Pediatric surgery
- Maternal-fetal medicine
- OB hospitalists
Role Expectations
- Deliver high-quality clinical care in both Level II & III NICUs
- Lead/participate in teaching and quality improvement projects
- Engage in flexible scheduling promoting work-life balance
- Participate in team-oriented, supportive care model
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Neonatologist
- Locums & Visa Candidates: Not accepted
- Residency Requirement: Must reside locally (or relocate)
