Position Summary
This is not a keep the lights on project management role.
We are looking for a PMP-certified Project Manager who can take complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive them from strategy to execution, on time, on target, and with zero confusion.
You will own projects across internal operations, product launches, client implementations, and commercialization efforts, usingExtus90-30-7 execution model.Youllpartner directly with executive sponsors, taskforces, and cross-functional leaders to ensure priorities areclear,trade-offs are understood, and results are delivered.

WhatYoullDo
Lead With Structure & Urgency
- Own projects end-to-end usingExtus90-30-7 framework

- 90-day strategy, scope, timelines, and budgets

- 30-day execution plans

- Weekly sprints thatmovethe needle
- Partner with Executive Sponsors to define success metrics, scope, and non-negotiables
- Drive decisions when timelines are tight,including answering: What do we give upto hitthe date?
Drive Accountability & Visibility
- Run tight governance rhythms, including:

- 2x weekly 30-minute report-card check-ins

- 30-day post-mortems focused on learning and improvement
- Track progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgetsand escalate early whensomethingsoff
- Deliver clear, concise documentation: project plans, status updates, retrospectives, and release notes
Be the Connector
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations
- Coordinate deliverables across phases: Discover Define Align Build Launch Expand
- Serve as thecentral pointof truth,keeping taskforces aligned and leadership informed
Deliver for Clients
- Support client-facing initiatives including incentive program launches, channel marketing programs, and platform implementations
- Ensure every delivery reflectsExtusstandard: on time, high quality, ROI-driven
- Capture lessons learned and feed them back intoExtusplaybooks and execution toolkit
What WereLooking For
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in B2B SaaS,MarTech, channel marketing, incentives, or adjacent spaces
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with agile, sprint-based execution and 90-day planning cycles
- Strong command of governance, risk management, and performance reporting
- Executive-ready communication skills,yourecomfortable in the room and on the call
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
- Bachelors degreerequired; Agile/Scrum certifications a plus
