We help homeowners restore their properties with integrity and expertise—and we’re growing our in-field team!Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and dependable In-Field Representative to join our team. This role involves performing home and roof inspections, walking homeowners through their insurance estimates, and collecting payments at key milestones.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough home and roof inspections to identify storm-related damage

• Review insurance estimates with homeowners and explain repair scope

• Document damage with photos and measurements

• Flag missing or underpaid items on insurance scopes

• Coordinate with project managers and office staff for smooth job progress

• Collect deductibles and insurance checks as needed

• Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project

Qualifications:

• Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience preferred

• Comfortable working on rooftops and climbing ladders

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first approach

• Ability to understand and explain insurance paperwork

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $45,000 – $65,000 per year (Base + Bonus)
