Job DescriptionEntry Level Industrial Maintenance

  • Seeking candidate with mechanical aptitude such as auto mechanics, diesel mechanics, farm hands, welders, etc.
  • Seeking candidates with this skillset that wants to get into industrial role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46529.60 - $66664.00/yr.

4. Great benefits - for example a family is $60/month for all medical, dental vision etc benefits
5. 2 paid shutdowns annually - 1 around the 4th and 1 around Christmas
6. Uniforms are provided and laundered
7. Boot allowance annually - safety glasses allowance
8. All tools and tool boxes provided
9. Performance bonus based on safety, quality and overall company performance can be anywhere form $1k-$3k paid out every December
10. Attendance bonus every 13 weeks which is dependent on years of service but on average $125-$200 every 13 weeks (PTO is excused)
11. everyone starts at 32 hours of PTO then at 1 year of service increases by 10 days (if someone needs more to start talk to me)
12. 401k with a Roth option
