Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly rate for this position is $32.00 per hour and may be commensurate with experience.
The Human Resources Department is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to provide essential recruitment support during a period of high activity and team leave coverage. This role will help ensure continuity of service and timely hiring across multiple departments. The Temporary Recruiter will manage full cycle recruiting for positions spanning up to 10 departments.
Required: High School Diploma; 1-3 yrs. of experience in full-cycle recruitment or human resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects SOME’s mission and values.
- Maintain recruitment records and data in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR operations during ongoing FMLA/ADA leave coverage within the department.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a nonprofit or multi-departmental environment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and sensitivity to confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
