  • Lead troubleshooting and serve as the go-to expert for complex application issues and escalations
  • Ensure consistent and quality project setups aligned with client expectations

Team Leadership

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the digital design teams
  • Define objectives and performance metrics for team members, manage workloads, and resolve internal challenges
  • Promote cross-training and skill development to build team resiliency

Training & Onboarding

  • Develop and deliver training programs for CAD users
  • Launch and manage a designer onboarding curriculum, ensuring new hires are fully equipped to succeed
  • Create and maintain a library of training documentation and materials

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Manage vendor relationships with Autodesk, Bentley, and other providers to ensure tools meet organizational needs
  • Oversee licensing and usage alignment to maintain efficiency and compliance
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure performance, security, and system uptime

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop and implement the long-term roadmap for CAD applications in alignment with broader business goals
  • Establish and track KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional technology initiatives that drive innovation and operational improvements

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience managing Autodesk and Bentley product suites
  • Familiarity with DOT standards (MN, ND, WI preferred)
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of document management, learning management, and file-sharing systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by continuous improvement

What’s In It for You:

  • Competitive Pay: $120,000 – $140,000, depending on qualifications
  • Generous Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and retirement plans with a company match
  • Ownership Mentality: Gain equity through an employee stock program
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling, generous PTO, and vacation carry-over
