Job DescriptionPosition: Payroll Specialist Location: NW Portland, OR Job Type: Contract, Fully Onsite, Full time Compensation: $28-$33.65 an hour DOE Responsibilities:

  • Managing full cycle payroll in a team for a mid-size company (300+)
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
  • Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
  • Undertaking other related duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in full-cycle payroll processing within the construction industry is required.
  • Experience with certified payroll and union payroll is also necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
