● Effectively communicate correct coverages to potential and existing

business

● Create insurance quotes, present competitive quotes, and overcome

objections to close sales

● Cold-call interested leads

● Adhere to industry trends and changes

Requirements:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

● Basic computer proficiency

● Ability to follow compliance guidelines and procedures

● Sales experience (preferred, not required)

● Insurance experience (preferred, not required)

FAQ:

Q: Is there any medical benefits?

A: $500 per month will be provided as a bonus towards the purchase of your own medical insurance.

Q: Do I need prior insurance knowledge?

A: No! You will be trained by a licensed agent with prior selling and

management experience.

Q: Do I have to be licensed already?

A: Not at all! We will guide you through the process of obtaining your

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Q: If I’m not licensed how long does that take?

A: Getting both licenses takes about a minimum of two weeks each.

Q: What if I'm already licensed?

A: Great! I would just need to speak your recent insurance agency to make sure you're a good fit for this role.

Q: Any initial fees for licensing?

A: Yes, if you are unlicensed you will be required to pass insurance exams (2), fingerprinting, background check, online study booklet and license submission which totals about $667. You will also be provided a $1000 bonus on your 4th month of employment for reimbursement.

Q: How will I get paid?

A:

-For products sold in Farmers--you will receive a 20% commission off of premium sold per folio (subject to chargeback for cancellations and industry trends). For products sold outside of Farmers you will receive a 5% commission off of premium sold per folio (subject to chargeback for cancellations and industry trends).

-For every Farmers life and Farmers commercial policy sold-- an additional $100 bonus plus commissions (subject to chargeback for cancellations and industry trends) .

Q: What are the typical working hours?

A: Standard business hours apply Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexibility depending on client needs and sales opportunities.

Q: What makes someone successful in this role?

A: Successful candidates are motivated, coachable, consistent with

follow-ups, and comfortable speaking with new people daily.
