Our organization is seeking a Dental Hygienist to become a valuable member of our team.

Location: 1651 Southside Connector #3, Jacksonville, Florida 32225

Work Schedule:

  • Monday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am - 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

This is a one-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software!

Appointments include 60-minute recare sessions and 90-minute new patient visits!

We offer bi-weekly pay with the option to enroll in Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings as you work.

There are opportunities to earn both daily and quarterly bonuses!

We provide iTero technology and cover continuing education expenses!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with all necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
