Kelly is currently seeking candidates for Assembly Positions at a warehouse facility located in Springfield, TN.
Position: Warehouse Assembler
Location: Springfield, TN
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Start time between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM (start time)
- 2nd Shift: Start time between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (start time)
Must be flexible with shift start times; shifts are typically 8–10 hours. Overtime may be required.
Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Assembler, you will perform specific tasks as part of an assembly line to contribute to the construction of finished products. Each assembler is responsible for completing a designated task efficiently and accurately to ensure high-quality production.
Requirements:
- Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for periods of 8 to 10 hours
- Willingness to work in areas where insulation is present
- Ability to work on assigned tasks in a moving assembly line environment and complete tasks promptly
