📌 Temp Part-Time Role: Benefits Administrator (20–30 hrs/week, Hybrid)
We’re partnering with a high-growth warehouse automation company to find a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator for a temporary, part-time role (20–30 hours per week). If you thrive in benefits operations and compliance—and enjoy supporting employees with clarity and care—this could be a great fit.
🧾 What You’ll Own
You’ll handle the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly administration of employee benefits programs, including:
- Enrollment admin, consultation, and support (Health, 401(k), Ancillary)
- Benefits strategy, renewals, and open enrollment support
- Billing and reconciliation
- Leave of absence tracking and support
- Workers’ compensation reporting and consulting
- FSA administration and disbursement processing
- ACA reporting and compliance tracking
- Standard benefits compliance filings (via Sequoia Compliance Calendar)
- Compliance benchmarking, analysis, and survey submissions
🎯 Who You Are
- Experienced in benefits administration, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
- Knowledgeable in compliance areas like ACA, FSA, LOA, and Workers’ Comp
- Familiar with Sequoia or similar benefits platforms
- Detail-oriented, independent, and people-focused
- Comfortable managing priorities in a dynamic setting
🕐 Role Snapshot
- Schedule: 20–30 hours/week, flexible within business hours
- Work Style: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite in San Mateo, CA
- Type: Temporary assignment (Conversion potential)
