📌 Temp Part-Time Role: Benefits Administrator (20–30 hrs/week, Hybrid)


We’re partnering with a high-growth warehouse automation company to find a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator for a temporary, part-time role (20–30 hours per week). If you thrive in benefits operations and compliance—and enjoy supporting employees with clarity and care—this could be a great fit.


🧾 What You’ll Own

You’ll handle the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly administration of employee benefits programs, including:

  1. Enrollment admin, consultation, and support (Health, 401(k), Ancillary)
  2. Benefits strategy, renewals, and open enrollment support
  3. Billing and reconciliation
  4. Leave of absence tracking and support
  5. Workers’ compensation reporting and consulting
  6. FSA administration and disbursement processing
  7. ACA reporting and compliance tracking
  8. Standard benefits compliance filings (via Sequoia Compliance Calendar)
  9. Compliance benchmarking, analysis, and survey submissions


🎯 Who You Are

  • Experienced in benefits administration, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Knowledgeable in compliance areas like ACA, FSA, LOA, and Workers’ Comp
  • Familiar with Sequoia or similar benefits platforms
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and people-focused
  • Comfortable managing priorities in a dynamic setting


🕐 Role Snapshot

  • Schedule: 20–30 hours/week, flexible within business hours
  • Work Style: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite in San Mateo, CA
  • Type: Temporary assignment (Conversion potential)
  • Start: ASAP
