What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Associate at Balloon Room by CLT Balloons, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' celebrations are nothing short of magical. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation, design, and assembly of balloon arrangements.
- Providing excellent customer service by helping clients select designs that best suit their needs.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all materials are well-stocked and organized.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.
- Supporting the team with event setup and takedown as needed.
What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or related field.
