Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with their insurance needs.

Problem Resolution: Effectively solve customer issues by collaborating with other departments and ensuring timely resolutions.

Policy Management: Help clients with policy modifications, renewals, and payments while ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products and services offered by MMA Insurance.


Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
