EHS Manager | Delta Township, MI
Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for EHS incidents.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all levels of employees.
- Manage environmental permits, hazardous waste, and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and response planning.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive EHS programs and management systems.
- Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving EHS performance improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience integrating EHS into Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or specialized expertise in chemical management.
- Demonstrated success in managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Expertise in industrial ergonomics program development and implementation.
