$150,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and recruiting
- Manage policy renewals and provide ongoing client support
- Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activity
- Support clients during claims processes, including in-person visits when needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage operations, hire staff, and meet financial goals
- Experience with developing marketing and sales plans is required
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of personal or professional success
- Knowledge or experience in agriculture is a plus
